In the book "City of Blood," Martyr Sayyad Shirazi narrates the operation Beit-ol-Moghaddas from the view of the highest level of commandership in Iranian forces. This operation was one of the largest and at the same time the most complex war operations in the 20th century which led to the liberation of Khorramshahr. The liberation of Khorramshahr was a turning point in the war at which the world was surprised. This book is based on an interview after the end of the war and a few years before the General’s assassination by the Mojahedin organization.
